Ive been doing hair for 8 years after receiving my Cosmetology license in 2015. I specialize in Hair Extensions, Creative Color, Blondes & Brazilian Blowouts! I am currently living & accepting New clients here In Orlando, Florida! I’ve recently transitioned my business to a Salon suite to give my amazing clients a more Intimate & personal experience! Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy-Services received cannot be refunded. I will gladly adjust any service you receive within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work preformed, I require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you to preform a complementary service, at no additional charge.
Products-Can only be refunded if unused & in it’s original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
Late Arrivals-Please be courteous to your stylist & fellow clients by arriving on time (or early) to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment & you have not notified your stylists, there will be a $15 late fee imposed. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will forfeit the original appointment & be rescheduled.
